Preparing customer campaigns

Save templates and drafts, review an audience and check delivery availability.

Use the email workspace to create a template and prepare a campaign draft. Save and reopen the content, then review the actual preview and intended recipients.

Before sending

Sending and one-time scheduling depend on delivery being enabled for your workspace. An owner or administrator must review and authorize the campaign. Recipients need saved email permission; being in your customer list does not establish that permission.

Changing the content or audience after preview requires another review. Scheduled sends use the studio’s time setting. Recurring campaigns and social publishing are not available.

Read delivery history carefully

Provider acceptance means the email service accepted a request. Confirmed delivery is a separate event and does not prove that a person read the message. Review suppressed, failed or unconfirmed outcomes rather than assuming every recipient received the campaign.

Use the campaign’s cancellation action to stop remaining deliveries when needed. It cannot recall messages already sent.
