Reading studio analytics
Review completed production, material use and returning customer activity.
Open Analytics to review how your studio’s work changes over time. Choose a date range and use the data tables alongside the charts.
Production and materials
Completed production records show the work finished in the selected period. Material consumption keeps each material’s own base unit, so metres of fabric are not added to kilograms of wax.
Check the history-coverage notes in the report. Earlier records may not contain the same detail as more recent work; an empty historical period is not proof that no work happened.
Customers
Customer activity helps you see who placed orders and who returned. Order values use saved order amounts and their currencies. They are not collected cash; recorded payments belong in Money and on each order.
Current catalog margins
Catalog margin estimates use the current recipe, material costs, labour estimate and selling price. They help you review today’s pricing. They do not replace historical order values or establish your final business profit. Missing costs and prices need attention before you rely on an estimate.
